This 2000sqf space boasts gorgeous large windows on the north and south end of the Studio, a thoughtfully designed open-concept kitchenette and surrounding white brick walls. Large glass cutouts act as walls throughout this space and aesthetically, you’ll feel as though you walked into a stunning mid-century-modern New York apartment.

It’s increasingly difficult to come across beautiful industrial spaces like this in our fast-growing concrete jungle. Our 800 sqft space on Dupont is your classic hard loft with 15-foot ceilings, timeless hardwood floors, and gorgeous factory windows.
If you’re looking for all-day bright natural light, our Dupont Studio is perfect you. With massive south-facing windows and a cheeky west-facing window, your next best photography portrait WILL be taken here- we promise. Just bring your camera and the space will take care of the rest. Enjoy the rooftop patio space which is also available for you when you book, so don’t forget to grab some shots out there!
